About the Role: - Supporting students with SEMH needs in their academic and social development - Working closely with teachers to implement individual education plans - Providing assistance in classroom activities and helping to create a positive learning environment - Collaborating with other members of the SEMH team to ensure the best support for students - Assisting with the organization and delivery of interventions and support programs Requirements: - A passion for helping vulnerable children - Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs, Mental Health, Care or other relevant experiences - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students with additional needs - Ability to remain calm when faced with challenging behaviours **Zen Educate offers a unique platform for teachers and teaching assistants to find the right role that suits their needs.
