You will work closely with other staff members, including teaching assistants and external specialists, to create an individualized learning plan that meets the needs of each student. Work closely with the SENCo and other colleagues to support the inclusion of SEN students in mainstream education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families. Experience of working in an SEN setting or school with a diverse range of special needs.
