Head - As an SEN-Focused Head, it is your responsibility to make sure that all students with special needs get the support and help they need in school. Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) - SENCo professionals are responsible for the overall progress of students, whether that be through assessments, planning, or monitoring. This role will see you listen to parents and give feedback, then ensure the school SEND code of practice is followed by staff at all times.
