Job description

We are looking for an inspirational SENCO to join our team in our brand-new school in Sutton!

Requirements:

  • SENCO Qualification or be close to completing
  • QTS
  • Experience working as a SENDCo
  • A passion for ensuring all young people succeed.
  • Experience of working effectively with local authorities
  • Able to work collaboratively within a supportive, committed, and successful staff team.
  • High aspirations for yourself and for others, and a commitment to further development.
  • A robust understanding of SEND Code of practice
  • An understanding of SEMH education and how to support the additional needs associated with SEMH pupils.
