Our founder, Amy Allen's idea became a reality in 2019 when Senploy was launched to provide a quick and easy way for jobseekers to search and apply for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) vacancies, all in one place!

The Senploy team boasts years of experience working in SEND, making us unrivalled experts in our knowledge of the SEND sector. We understand the key to filling SEN vacancies with long-lasting, hard-working team members comes down to reaching people who understand and feel passionately about the industry and the people they support.
