How do I register to use Senploy?
The easiest way is to click on the 'Register' tab, which appears at the top of every page.
I have a Senploy account, but cannot log in, what can I do?
Please remember passwords are case sensitive and make sure you have 'cookies' enabled on your browser, otherwise you won't be able to use the site.
How do I delete my Senploy account?
Please email us at [email protected] and we will delete your account and any other information that you request, in line with our GDPR policy.
Can I send my application to you?
When you complete an application online, you are contacting the recruiter directly, in a format that they can accept and process easily.
Can foreign nationals apply for jobs in the UK via Senploy?
Yes, foreign nationals can apply for jobs advertised on Senploy. You must, however, be legally eligible to work in the UK. Each recruiter will have their own policy.
What does my online application look like?
When you send an online application via Senploy, you attach your CV to an email and we include the text of any cover letter you have written when you applied and your answer to the work eligibility question.
How can I contact the recruiter about my application?
You can get any contact details they have supplied with their advertisement, by clicking on the contact details text link, next to the job advert.
How do I know if my application has been received?
When you submit your application, you will receive a pop up confirming that your application has been sent.
I can’t upload my CV?
The only things that should stop CV's being uploaded is if the CV is in a strange format, or you are using internet explorer as a web browser.
