The only things that should stop CV's being uploaded is if the CV is in a strange format, or you are using internet explorer as a web browser.

Please use chrome or such like and a word or PDF etc doc, which is located on your device, NOT downloaded directly from a cloud for example: Google docs on Chromebook.
