As our Student Welfare and Referrals Manager, you'll be the advocate for students' welfare, ensuring they have the support they need to navigate their educational journey successfully. Implement and oversee welfare programs and initiatives to support students' mental and emotional health. Passion for creating a supportive and nurturing environment for students. Our partnered school, which is based in Warwickshire, prides itself in being more than just a school, but being a community that brings children together, their families and carers and dedicated staff to offer life changing opportunities for young people that have social, emotional and mental health needs. Within the role you will be required to:
Support and enthuse young learners to reach their potential through an interactive and engaging approach
Work with small groups for reading, writing, and other subjects which contribute to life skills and independence
Feedback to the class teacher on progress made and next steps
