Key Responsibilities:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN
* Supporting pupils with learning, behaviour, and emotional development
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Adapting resources and activities to meet individual learning needs
* Encouraging student engagement, confidence, and independence
* Supporting a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Patient, resilient and supportive approach
* Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
This role is ideal for someone passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping students succeed both academically and personally.
