Due to small classroom sizes, you will work with the students on multiple topics that they are currently studying, and may be expected to plan and mark work for some of these lessons
Most of the students will have an EHCP that will guide their learning and support, so you will be expected to have knowledge of the different plans in place and be able to implement this into your work and teaching. If you do not have one already, you will be asked to apply for one through Teaching Personnel before you are able to start in a position.
