Behaviour Support Assistant
£83 - 105 Daily

At Protocol Education we are currently looking for a resilient and enthusiastic SEMH/ Behaviour Support to work full time in SEMH schools across West Yorkshire.
We have developed a fantastic reputation in the local area, and we're looking for more high-quality Behaviour Support to work with these schools to positively impact the progress and attainment of their pupils.
About the role:
Our Behaviour Support duties can include:
- Guide and monitor pupil progress to identify areas that require improvement.
- Support the emotional, physical, and social development of pupils.
- Prepare classrooms prior to lessons; they also clean up afterwards.
- Help teachers in preparing materials that meet the development requirement of children.
- Organise and supervise pupils during project and sporting activities.
The ideal Behaviour Support applicant will have:
- Ability to communicate clearly with Teachers and younger individuals.
- Active listening skills.
- Be able to create and maintain strong relationships with students.
- Ability to create an encouraging learning environment for pupils.
- Understanding and sensitivity towards children.
- Excellent knowledge of lessons that pupils are required to learn in class.
