As a School Business Manager, you will be the backbone of the school's administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional support to staff, students, and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing reception and switchboard operations with efficiency and professionalism.
- Providing vital clerical support to the school's administrative functions.
- Welcoming and directing pupils, parents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Handling incoming calls and relaying messages promptly and accurately.
- Maintaining attendance registers diligently for the benefit of teaching staff.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail to relevant staff members.
- Assisting the Headteacher with Admissions paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Upholding the highest standards of child welfare and safety.
- Prioritising Health and Safety in all tasks and activities.
