Are you looking to help students with special educational needs (SEN) achieve their full potential? We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a SEN Tutor.

As a SEN Tutor you'll play a crucial role in shaping the lives of students with SEN. Your dedication and expertise will help them overcome challenges and succeed academically. With your support, students will gain life-skills and build confidence with their learning.

Working as part of a team of like-minded educators and professionals who are committed to inclusive education, you will have opportunities for ongoing professional development and collaboration with experts in the field.

By providing individualised support for students with SEN, you are directly impacting on their future in a positive and meaningful way.

Previous experience working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs would be advantageous, but any life-experience of coaching, mentoring, and teaching would be considered.

In the role, you'll have access to resources and strategies to create personalised learning plans to make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities:

· Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students with SEN.

· Create and implement customised lesson plans to address individual needs.

· Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

· Monitor and track student progress.

· Collaborate with other educators and specialists to ensure a cohesive support system.

Qualifications:

· Relevant experience in tutoring or teaching students with SEN (desirable)

· Strong understanding of various SEN profiles (desirable)

· Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
