Prospero Teaching are looking for a PE teacher to work within a Specialist vibrant and supportive Secondary School based in Northenden, easily accessible to reach on public transport. The role is to start as soon as possible, and will run to the end of the academic year. The school caters for those with SEMH and complex needs.

The school are looking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic class teacher who will join a dedicated team. We require a teacher with a passion for teaching and the ability to grow, nurture and develop childrens development and a range of strategies to maintain good behaviour management.

This role is a full-time position and you will be expected to teach KS3 & 4. The successful candidate will be able to provide exceptional support to students and demonstrate good behaviour and classroom assistant/management.

You must have experience working in a similar role within secondary schools to be considered.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant teaching qualification
Previous experience working in a school
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, training can be provided)
Up to date Prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, training can be provided)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
