Job Description: As a KS1 Teacher in Sheffield, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of young learners in their foundational years. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons that are tailored to the needs and interests of KS1 students
- Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued, safe, and motivated to learn
- Implementing a creative and differentiated curriculum that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and personal growth
- Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback to support their academic and social development
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external partners to ensure the holistic well-being and success of each child
- Engaging in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice and contribute to the continuous improvement of our school community
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Previous experience teaching KS1 students preferred, but newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
