The Role: As the Head of Drama, you will spearhead our Drama department, leading with innovation, enthusiasm, and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Directing and producing high-quality theatrical productions, showcasing the talents of our students.

  • Cultivating strong partnerships with parents, the local community, and arts organizations to enrich the cultural fabric of our school.

Requirements: We are seeking a dynamic individual with:

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower both students and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building positive relationships within our school community.
  • Relevant teaching qualifications and experience, ideally with a background in directing and producing theatrical performances.
