EYFS Teaching Assistant | Chesterfield, S41 | £95-£110 a day | Long-term to Perm | Full Time | ASAP.

LTF Recruitment is currently in search of an Early Years Practitioner to join the dedicated support staff team at a renowned school in Chesterfield, specialising in their Reception Class.
This role requires a candidate with extensive experience and a proven track record of working with young children, offering exceptional support and teaching to our pupils. As a pivotal member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing the experiences of both students and their families, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and actively engaging children in various learning and play activities.
- Providing close support to pupils facing challenges within the classroom environment.
- Collaborating closely with fellow team members.
- Tailoring support and teaching approaches to meet the individual needs of the children.
Desirable candidates will possess:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.
- A genuine passion for supporting and engaging children with diverse learning needs.
- Preferably, training and/or qualifications in working with children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
