Job description
Behaviour Support Assistant Location:
Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds, LS11
Job Type:Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours
Primary Industry:Education and Training
Salary:£85 - £100 Per day
Job Duties:Required Qualifications:
- Provide support to children with challenging behaviour
- Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies
- Work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment
- Supervise pupils during break times and in the classroom
- Document and report any behavioural incidents
A valid DBS check
Education:Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience:Prior experience working with children or young people
Knowledge and Skills:Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of behaviour management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong organisational skills
Qualification in Teaching Assistant or Childcare

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
