Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in various subjects
- Assess students' learning needs and develop personalized lesson plans
- Help students improve their academic performance and achieve their learning goals
- Utilize effective teaching strategies and resources to enhance student understanding
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with teachers and parents/guardians to support student learning and address any concerns
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or currently pursuing a degree)
- Previous experience tutoring or working in education, particularly with children
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject(s) being tutored
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
- Must be available full time
- Confident supporting children and young additionals with SEND
- Able to plan and prepare resources
- Kind, caring and positive role model
- Adhere to health care plans
- Reliable and consistent

Supervise individual or small groups of pupils undertaking teacher-led learning activities by coordinating and explaining basic instructions for the activity, adjusting activities within the scope of the lesson plan and learning outcomes in response to pupils' learning. Support class teachers to design, create and produce learning activities, materials and resources to support aspects of the curriculum or particular learning outcomes, and to assist and support the children in using them
