Job description
SEN Teaching Assistant
Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan
£385 - £425 per week
About the role
Connex Education is working closely with an SEN school based in the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan area. You will be required to support with the running of classes, assist with behaviour management and host small group sessions when necessary. Experience of working with children with SEN or within the care sector is crucial to this role. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of SEN, patience, resilience and adaptability.
About the school
Our client is an SEN school catering for pupils with additional learning needs, many of which have additional 'barriers to learning'. This would include ADHD, ASD, SEMH, and SpLD. Although sometimes challenging, you will not find job satisfaction like it anywhere else.
Assignment Details
The role is start as soon as possible and will be a potential long-term for the right candidate.
