Job description
Role:
Working with children with SEN in the resource base. The pupils have EHCPs and have been diagnosed with either autism or speech and language difficulties.
Supporting the children to meet their individual needs, keeping the children engaged and monitoring their progress.
Starting ASAP, until the end of the academic year.
Requirements:
- Experience working in schools in the UK
- Minimum Level 3 qualification
- Experience supporting children with SEN
- Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children
- Motivating and encouraging the children
- Supporting with learning and development
- Working closely with the class teacher
- Commitment to the role
- Being flexible when needed
