Job Details:
- Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant/Behaviour Mentor
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing assignment with potential for permanency
- Salary: £95 - £105 per day - depending on experience
- Hours: Term-time only, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant/Behaviour Mentor, you will:
- Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
- Assist with classroom activities and provide additional guidance as needed.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop individualised support plans.
- Foster a sense of belonging and inclusion for all students.

Requirements:
- Experience working with students who require additional support, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
- A passion for promoting inclusion and diversity in education.
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training as required.
