National Careers Week

Following in the footsteps of some esteemed colleagues in the education sector, Senploy Founder and Managing Director, Amy Allen, has been appointed as an Ambassador for National Careers Week (NCW) , from 4 th to 9 th March 2024. #NCW2024

The initiative, supported by NatWest Group, aims to raise awareness, generate interest and discussion around career pathways and the employment sectors open to people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience.

Senploy’s connections across the special education landscape (#SENDED) links seamlessly to reinforce their mission to raise awareness of the benefits of working in Special Education and the positives of choosing SEND as a career.

Senploy’s founder, Amy Allen had this to say, ‘Senploy’s mission has always been to encourage more people to work in Special Education. #NCW2024 is the ideal platform to raise awareness and support education providers to bring together cohorts of potential SEND practitioners, which is vital to introducing fresh talent to the SEND sector.’

As an Ambassador, Amy, is focused on increasing confidence levels of individuals seeking a career change, those transitioning into working life and people who just aren’t sure what they want to do.

Alongside our partners, we will be spreading the word, supporting the #NCW2024 initiative and offering our expertise to support the future talent across careers in special education.
