Our story began in 2018, when our founder Amy Allen was working for Seashell Trust, a national charity dedicated to providing a creative, happy and secure environment for children and young people with complex and severe learning disabilities.After struggling to find the right people for a number of SEND roles, she realised the organisation was spending valuable time and money.That's when she had her lightbulb moment.What if there was a niche website that only advertised SEND jobs?She set about creating an all-encompassing recruitment destination for anyone working with people with special educational needs.The rest is history.
