As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the SENCO and classroom teacher to provide individualized support and guidance to the student. Monitor and record student progress, reporting to the SENCO and classroom teacher as required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
