SEN Graduate TA - with KS2 Team Teach Trained Experience - Birmingham and Coventry area. •Experienced in supporting pupils with Autism. •Confident in working in an education environment in which behaviour will be challenging on a regular basis. •Birmingham and Coventry based •£55-£60 per day- based on experience •Long term position •Immediate start In order to achieve this, the ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will need to be the following; •Team Teach Trained with previous experience •A confident, resilient and determined SEN Teaching Assistant with previous SEN experience •Have a clear understanding of their role of an SEN Teaching Assistant •Be empathetic and ensure the schools values underpin all that they do •Work closely with students, parents and staff to unlock full potential •Be a Passionate SEN Learning Support Assistant, who uses an exciting and innovative approach to learning, both one a 1:1 and group basis.


A SEMH Special School  Birmingham are looking for Teaching Assistant with experience in working with pupils with BESD and SEMH needs. Initially the school are looking to appoint on an ongoing temporary basis and this role could become permanent for the correct candidate. The school are looking for a long term, committed staff. The school are looking for passionate and experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Mentors and Learning Support Assistants who have the training and a good understanding of the needs of SEMH and BESD pupils.
