I am looking to recruit a number of residential support workers with experience of working with children and young people for my client based in HD6. The client is a school with residential capacity for a number of their learners, who are aged 5-19. All of the learners have an EHCP for Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and many also have a diagnosis of autism and other complex learning needs. Your duties will include transitioning learners from the classroom back to their residential setting within the grounds of the school, and engaging them with various vocational and life skill activities throughout the evening.
Are you a support worker seeking a fresh opportunity? Would you like to make a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities and complex needs? If you would like to take up this exciting challenge then please read on. This service, managed by a leading provider of assisted living, provides supported living for adults with learning disabilities and additional needs in a residential setting, and is looking to add a female member of staff to their team.
