Following exclusion, this student is being integrated into a new secondary school, in order to make this transition successful the school are recruiting a behaviour support specialist to work 1-1 with this student at all times. This role will involve, managing and de-escalating challenge behaviour as well as offering pastoral and nurturing support for the student.
