To be considered for this role you must: Have QTS Be able to teach English to KS3/KS4 Have the ability to manage behaviour and complex situations Have team teach training (or be willing to do the course) It is essential that you have a genuine commitment to working with hard to reach pupils and that you have the passion to encourage positive learning experiences. You will be assertive in difficult situations and will have the ability to adapt your teaching approaches to individual needs, in particular communication adaptation.

We are looking for cover supervisors to cover all classes from KS3 through to KS5 and who have strong behaviour management skills and are passionate about teaching.
