We are working in partnership with a school in the S75 area. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work mornings only, Monday to Friday, supporting a SEND child in KS1.  Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience supporting SEND within a specialist environment, youth centre or primary school. The child you will be supporting has been identified as ASD, and does not always show desired behaviours expected in the classroom.

Residents are currently between the ages of 20-40 and this is a permanent living solution for them. The client is looking for permanent staff members, however, we are also staffing day to day, short and long term. Rate of pay: £10 per hour Residents have been discharged from a Secure Unit and some of their needs would be as followed: SEMH Challenging Behaviour MLD Self-Harming Any previous medication control or dols would be desirable but not essential as the organisation offers NVQ Health and Social Care training up to level 3 and train candidates in MAPA and restraint if they do not hold them already.
