I am working with a fantastic provision in Newham, who work with KS1 & KS2 students with Social, Emotional and mild mental health difficulties. They offer short term support and care to these young people in hope of finding long term resolutions to their triggers and escalators. Most students are successfully reintegrated to a mainstream school, which shows how effective the provisions methods are. Have you worked with young people who show challenging behaviour in the past?
