*** Graduate Teaching Assistant TA *** *** Secondary School *** *** 'Good' Ofsted *** *** Enfield, North London ***  *** ASAP Start ***   Veritas Education are working with an All Boys Secondary School in North London, with a 'Good' Ofsted are currently looking to recruit a graduate teaching assistant. This will be working under the instructions of the SENCo and SEN department, assisting pupils who are on the SEN register, of all ages and abilities from Key Stage 3 to 4.   You will be expected to work on a 1:1 basis with specific students, some of whom have mild autism or mild asperger's syndrome, assisting them with their class work up to GCSE level. Other responsibilities include monitoring the behaviour and progress of small groups working on a supported curriculum and also assisting students with their work in mainstream classes, under the instruction of the class teacher.

SEN Mentor – Enfield – Full-Time – ASAP Are you experienced in working with students with special educational needs? If you are experienced in working with young people of secondary school age with special educational needs such as Autism (ASD), ADHD and/or with speech & language difficulties, this wonderful SEN Mentor role in Enfield could well be the one for you! Details are – • £70-£80 per day, plus a £675 per year healthcare package • ASAP, full-time long-term until at least the end of July 2020 • Possibility of a permanent contract after July 2020 The role, located at an amazing specialist school in Enfield for students aged 11-16, will see you working in classrooms as a SEN Learning Mentor to the students. Mostly the students have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), which can often be fairly severe.
