Teaching Personnel have been contacted by an Ofsted rated ‘good' school for an LSA (Learning support assistant) to join the support staff team at the end of February. The SENCO has expressed the requirement for an LSA as a result of a substantial increase in the number of students falling behind target grades across core subjects. Through working as a Behaviour Mentor/ Teaching Assistant, you will be required to support students within a classroom setting on a 1:1 basis and must be committed to supporting their academic development in a confident, consistent manner.
