We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a SEN School in Birmingham on a long term basis with immediate start. The school caters for students with complex Autism. About the role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for supporting and helping students with day to day challenges and routines. SEN Teaching Assistant Birmingham £325-375 per week We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant for an exciting opportunity in a Special Educational Needs School on full-time, long term basis. The school requires an experienced Teaching Assistant who works well with children with Autism and additional needs to start as soon as possible.  About the role: You will be working with small nurture groups and on a one-to-one basis with students who have a diagnosis of Autism and associated behavioural and social developmental needs. Use a child-centred approach to provide the best support for students' learning and development.

The school are looking for someone to start ideally as soon as possible with the opportunity to be made permanent for the right candidate. The school caters for pupils who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and a statement of Special Educational Need or an Education and Health Care Plan.
