We are looking to appoint a teaching assistant to work with children who present with challenging behaviour? Key details about the job are as follows: Full time role until July 2022 Weekly take home pay of between £315 and £350 per week Supporting children with challenging behaviour School located in NG17 (Close to Mansfield Town Centre) The main duties within the role will be: Supporting children on a 1:1 basis Following the school's behaviour and rewards system Working with children in a classroom environment with maths and English Providing pastoral support to children with social and emotional needs Completing assessment forms to track children's progress The school are looking for someone with the following: At least one year's experience working in a school Prior experience of supporting challenging behaviour Resilience when working with children Excellent communication skills An understanding of the primary school curriculum This role is due to start in December 2021.
