As a result of the rollout of mass Covid-19 testing in schools,
Protocol Education are seeking reliable and flexible Covid-19 Test
Assistants to support schools in the smooth running of the
programme.
The role will involve supervising students and teachers as they
self-administer Covid-19 tests and providing support and guidance
where needed. You will complete a wide range of general daily tasks
related to Covid-19 testing including handing out and collecting
self-testing kits, recording results, organising queues, cleaning
the test site, as well as ensuring that the testing site is well
set up and running efficiently during the day.
Each school site is run differently, and this is a new role for
schools so flexibility, reliability and being able to calmly think
on your feet within a team environment are crucial.
Teaching Personnel are working with a Specialist SEN School in the
Derby area, that are looking for a strong Teaching Assistant that
is trained in Makakton and knows it to a high standard. The post
will start after October half term.
The school supports students between 11 to 18 years old.

Job Description
Behavioural Specialist Teacher Required
in Derby City – Part Time Immediate Start
Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a tutor in the
DE1 area to teach a KS4 student with ADHD, SEMH and Challenging
Behaviour. Due to their SEN, the student is unable to attend
school, and therefore the 1:1 tuition will occur in the home. The
student lives in a residential home and requires tuition in
Functional Skills English and Maths.
About The Role
1:1 Tuition for a Year 10 student with ADHD and challenging
behaviour
10 hours a week, 5 days a week
In person, in the student's home
Working materials and resources will need to be provided by the
tutor
Focus on Functional Skills, and providing additional social and
emotional support
Who We Are Looking For
People who are comfortable lone working and communicating with
local authorities
Previous experience in PRUs or HYMOIs
Previous experience working with students with challenging
behaviour
Tutors who can plan, produce, and teach Functional Skills
Tutors who are familiar with the care system

Child workforce DBS on the update service (or willing to apply
