a teaching assistant to their team to work alongside their pupils
who present with challenging behaviours. The role will be full time
(Mon-Fri) and will be contracted until the end of July 2021.
The school require someone who:
Has an understanding of how to work with pupils with
challenging behaviours
Holds at least one years' experience of working within a
school
Holds a teaching assistant qualification or relevant
degree
Has a fantastic attendance record and will be reliable
Will be able to quickly build relationships with children and
staff
Is available to work from February 2021
Has a valid and up to date DBS
The main duties within the role will be:
Working 1-2-1 with children who have: Autism, ADHD &
behavioural challenges
Leading small academic sessions with pupils on the SEN
register
Supporting children with reading, writing and phonics
Liaising with the class teacher and SENCO around pupil
progress
Helping the class teacher to engage SEN pupils in lessons
Assisting the class teacher with the setup of the
classroom

pupils who present with challenging behaviours. The role will be
full time (Mon-Fri) and will be contracted until the end of July
2021.
You will be working across KS1 & KS2, providing 1:1 and group
support for pupils who are showcasing challenging behaviour.
