Assistants for a special needs school in Birmingham. The school
teaches children with physical needs, severe learning difficulties,
multiple learning difficulties, visual and hearing impairment. Some
children will have complex medical conditions and sensory level
autism.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you must:

dedicated Maths & English Tutor to work with Looked after Children
(LAC) on a part-time or full-time basis in
Salford.
The successful Maths & English Tutor will be responsible for the
educational development of a cohort of LAC and students with an
EHCP (Key Stage 1 – Key Stage 4) under your supervision within
Salford. Tuition sessions can range from two - five hours per
day (within school hours) depending on the student's timetable and
capabailities. The successful tutor will work closely with a
disengaged young people with SEMH needs and therefore it is
essential they have experience of working with children with
complex needs.

The Role
We are seeking supply Autism Teaching Assistant for Key Stage 4
to work in local schools supporting children with Autism in Bishop
Auckland, starting in ASAP. Working in multiple schools on a
one-to-one basis in a specialist setting to support children
aged 14 to 16 with Autism. This is an ideal opportunity for someone
with previous work experience as an Autism Teaching Assistant or
supporting vulnerable people with special educational needs or in a
care home environment who has with transferrable skills to a
classroom setting.
A dedicated and passionate English Teacher is required to work
full time at a secondary school in Manchester from September until
Christmas.
The school is a large secondary school and has a very good
reputation within the surrounding area and was rated as good at
their last ofsted. Every student genuinely matters at this school
and their values are centred around nurture, and developing each
student's personal skills, whilst encouraging them to succeed and
excel in all subjects.
You will teach classes across all year groups in key stage 3 & 4
of varying academic abilities and you will be required to be
involved in departmental meetings and parents evenings etc.

SEN Schools in North Shields with their recruitment for Supply
Support as well as long term staffing.
The schools cater for various SEN Requirements, in particular those
with physical needs, severe learning difficulties, profound and
multiple learning difficulties, specific communication and learning
needs, visual impairment and hearing impairment, Speech and
Language, complex medical conditions as well as Multi-sensory
autism.
These roles are to start on a supply basis, however there is
potential for the role to become long term. Our Ideal
candidates MUST have an enhanced DBS which is on the update service
or willing to go through the process.
