The school require someone who: Holds at least one years' experience of working within a school Holds a teaching assistant qualification or relevant degree Has a fantastic attendance record and will be reliable Will be able to quickly build relationships with children and staff Is available to work from March 2021 Has a valid and up to date DBS The main duties within the role will be: Working 1-2-1 or with small groups for inventions Leading small academic sessions Supporting children with reading, writing and phonics Liaising with the class teacher around pupil progress Helping the class teacher to engage SEN pupils in lessons Assisting the class teacher with the setup of the classroom Applications will only be accepted if you meet the above criteria.
