About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to work full-time within an on-site Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP), supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities (SEN Focus):
Support pupils with complex and long-term SEN, including ASD and communication needs
Deliver targeted interventions under the direction of the class teacher and SENCo
Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning
Provide personal care and support where required
Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and external professionals
Maintain accurate records and contribute to review meetings
