Experience
• Previous experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant, SEND TA, Learning Support Assistant, or similar role
• Experience supporting children with Autism, particularly non-verbal Autism
• Experience working within a Mainstream Primary School or SEND provision
• Experience supporting 1:1 pupils with communication and learning needs
• Familiarity with PECS, Makaton, or other communication systems (desirable)
