You will play a pivotal role in the development of our Specialist Resource Provision, helping it to align with the Academy and Trust values on inclusion for all. We are a soon to be Trauma Informed Practice school - we have a calm and relational approach to dealing with behaviour issues and ensure our students feel a strong sense of belonging to the academy family.
