Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons appropriate to your subject specialism and key stage
• Work closely with your ECT mentor and induction coordinator to meet the Teachers' Standards
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports pupils of all abilities
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning
• Participate in whole-school activities including parents' evenings, meetings, and CPD sessions
• Adapt your practice in response to observations, feedback, and ongoing reflection
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) awarded within the last 12 months, or due to complete imminently
• Enthusiasm, resilience, and a genuine commitment to improving pupil outcomes
• Good communication and relationship-building skills with pupils, staff, and parents
• Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required prior to starting
