About the Role
You will work closely with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support to remain engaged in learning and regulate their emotions throughout the school day. Work collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO and pastoral staff to follow individual behaviour and support plans. Able to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues. Team Teach, MAPA, or other behaviour management training.
