Role and Responsibilities: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the education of Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) learners with a range of SEN, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other complex requirements. Implement pre-planned lessons and maintain continuity in the absence of the regular teacher. Confidence in standing in front of a class and leading learning activities. Meaningful contribution to the education and well-being of SEN students.
