You will be expected to support Children and Young People in their own homes or out in the community as laid out in their care plan. Some aspects of your day may include: To provide respite care for Children and Young People with various needs, including various Neurological and Developental Disorder. This may take place in their home or out in the community Looking after their health, including medication management where necessary Delivery of personal care if required You will be expected to work in a way that helps promote the individual's independence and empower them to be as independent as possible.
