1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Longsight We are currently recruiting for a caring and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to work at an excellent primary school in Longsight (M13). ABOUT THE ROLE: *1:1 support for a Year 1 child with SEBD *Working with complex needs *You must have strong behaviour management skills *You will need to have the ability to build rapport with students and staff CONTRACT / POSITION DETAILS: * Location - Longsight (M13) * Position - Teaching Assistant (1:1) * Start date - ASAP * End date - July 2022 * Full time/part time - Full time * Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate of £70 per day * Hours - 08:30 - 15:30 EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS: *Previous experience working in a UK school (12 months+) *Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs *Team Teach Qualification would be highly desirable. *Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as we offer free Safeguarding training). TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH US, YOU MUST: *Hold Right to Work in the UK *Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application at a cost of £46.
