Positon: Registered Manager (2 Bed Home) Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 depending on experience Location: Kirkby, Knowsley We are looking for a hard working dedicated Registered Manager, to work in an established 2 bed children's residential home. The young people in the home are between the ages of 10 and 17, who may have EBD and/or LD. As part of our valued team, you'll provide a nurturing and homely environment for the young person to thrive. You'll be expected to set boundaries, lead by example and support the young people as much as possible, to ensure their transition to adulthood is the best it can be.
A family orientated organisation are recruiting for full or part time Support Worker for their Supportive Living Service in Thornbury, Bristol / South Gloucestershire. There are 5 individual homes which support a total of 29 clients (mainly adults) who have Learning disabilities, Autism and physical disabilities. Main Job Role: - The company believes in Steiner approach which allows clients to flourish in their own time using creative ideas (no restraint) - Being hands on with service users and get them involved in activities like cooking, baking, wood craft, felting, poetry and candle making - There is also a farm where clients can look after animals and grow their own vegetables - Support clients with everyday duties i.e.
Role: Residential Care Officer Location: Sheffield Shift Pattern: 9 am until 9 pm day and 9 pm until 9 am Waking night. Salary: £9 - £10 per hour Purpose of the role: To provide caring and supportive behavioural management services to children and young people accommodated in the various Children's Homes. To practice in accordance with The Children's Home Quality Standards & Regulations 2015, relevant Department of Health Guidance, Home Office Regulations and the Company Policies and Procedures. Post holders will be required to work a minimum of 36 hours per week 12-hour shifts, including waking nights and weekends on a rota basis.
Role: SPARCS Practitioner Location: To work as directed in various Children's Homes throughout the organisation (Liverpool) Shift Pattern: 9 am until 9 pm day and 9 pm until 9 am Waking night. Salary: £9.50 - £10 per hour Purpose of the role: To deliver SPARCS programme and work with children and young adolescents, suffering from a range of psychological difficulties and complex life experiences - including possible experiences of abuse and/or trauma within a residential setting. Working under clinical supervision to help the young people to gain insight and understanding of their experiences, increasing emotional resilience and developing coping strategies while decreasing problematic behaviours and internalized conflicts.

Role: Responsible Person/ Service Manager Setting: Residential Children's Care Salary - £60,000 - £75,000 per annum plus car and bonus Location: Knowsley, Widnes, Cheshire We are looking to recruit a Service Manager / Responsible Individual to oversee and manage the performance / safe operations at 5 therapeutic, residential children's homes based in the Northwest of England. The successful applicant will be expected to provide effective leadership, management, support and guidance to a team of Registered Managers ensuring children, young people are effectively safeguarded and receive a standard of care compliant with the home's statement of purpose. Main Duties, Responsibilities and Key areas You will act on behalf of the organisation to ensure that all legal responsibilities associated with the development of new services are met, continue to develop, and establish homes through working with existing partners and building links with other partner agencies as appropriate. Ensure the supervision, support and accountability of Registered Managers and effective management of resource allocation, within the context of placement matching and placement stability are met.
