children and young people with moderate to severe learning
difficulties. The school specializes in autism, Prader-Willi
Syndrome, speech and language disorders, moderate to severe
learning difficulties and associated behavioural difficulties.
We are looking for an appropriately qualified Occupational
Therapist who has experience of working with individuals with a
range of Special Educational Needs, in particular those with SLD,
MLD and PMLD, and you will be passionate about embedding OT
practices within the Care and Education settings as required for
each young person. You will manage a diverse and complex caseload
using your knowledge and expertise to deliver a tailored approach
utilizing a range of resources.

The successful candidate will be an innovative, reflective
practitioner who can demonstrate the willingness to adapt and
learn. We are looking for an individual with high expectations and
standards who can offer excellent behavioural management skills. An
additional strength would be a creative, engaging approach to
curriculum design and planning for pupils with SEND.
