About our company

REESON Education is London's premier teaching recruitment agency.

Our founding principals

Established in 2006 by an ex-teacher, Kim Thompson and a Teacher Recruitment Consultant Gareth Reece, the pair set about creating an education recruitment company based on the three core values they felt were lacking in the industry at that time: honesty, integrity, and excellence.

Who are we now?

Today, REESON Education is a thriving, close-knitted group of thirty Recruitment Consultants, Managers, Compliance Administrators and Candidate Resourcers. We are proud to have been working with many of our schools, teachers and teaching assistants for over a decade, a testimony to how hard we stick to our core-principals. In a competitive market, and with schools facing ever-tougher budget restrictions, we are proud that we continue to thrive by providing excellent service to our schools and candidates.

Teaching Assistant An 'Outstanding' SEN school in North West London is looking for an experienced and approachable Teaching Assistant for a position starting in September 2020 working with Autistic pupils ASD Specialist Teaching Assistant - East London ASD Specialist Teaching Assistant Brent SEN School Full time position - 5 days a week £65 - £80 per day 'Outstanding' school Full time position Start September 2020 Role Information For this position you will need to be an experienced Teaching Assistant who has worked with pupils who either have Severe Learning Difficulties or who are on the autistic spectrum. You will mainly be working with Key Stage 4/5 pupils who all have a diagnosis of autism and have significant delay in their academic and social ability. Many of these students have limited communication skills and as a result experience working with students who have speech, language and communication needs (SLCN) would be advantageous. The school uses PECS and Makaton in class to support the student's communication development.
